As presented in the Governance on-chain chapter, the Mavryk blockchain is constantly evolving through new amendments. In this chapter, we will present an overview of past proposals and the reasons for their approval or disapproval.

Atlas

Atlas was autonomously activated in 2024.

Atlas was the first proposed protocol amendment for Mavryk. It was proposed by Mavryk Dynamics in 2024. Atlas is based on the Oxford 2 update of the Tezos Blockchain.
